You are familiar with Scrum and have already gained initial experience with this method as a project team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner. In doing so, you have noticed that you are faced with new challenges: How can you self-organise your work in a result- and resource-oriented way and how can a Scrum team strive for this together? Why does the self-organisation of the project team still work bumpily? And how can conflicts that arise within the team, between the team and the product owner or between the product owner team and the stakeholder be solved faster and more fundamentally?
In this seminar, you will learn methods and approaches from the field of social competences and design thinking that will help you to fulfil the demands and expectations placed on you as a project team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner more smoothly. This includes moderation, communication and negotiation methods, as well as the corresponding possibilities from the fake forward methods for self-organising teams. Through appropriate examples and exercises, you will receive individual suggestions for fulfilling your responsibilities.
