For almost 30 years, we have been able to develop products and concepts very efficiently with the widely used Scrum framework. It can basically be used in all areas and shows its strength, especially in an agile environment. Scrum’s lean and uncomplicated structure makes it very straightforward, quick to learn, and thus promptly applicable in practice. A significant difference to the classic methods and frameworks is that it flexible deals with changes of conditions and requirements and even welcomes them.
This course is based on the official Scrum Guide from the inventors of Scrum. The training prepares for the scrum.org certification. With the knowledge acquired in the training, you can pass the following exams:
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I)
- Professional Scrum Developer (PSD I)
You can book the exams optionally at Trivadis. In this case you will receive a voucher for the online exam.
The training contains intensive practical exercises. So you can practically implement what you have learned during the training.

Goal
This course teaches the basics of the Scrum framework. The roles of the «Product Owner», the «Scrum Master» and the «Developer» are covered intensively. Great emphasis is also placed on intensive preparation for the official exams. After the training you will be able to use the framework in your daily work and to perform the roles that the Scrum framework provides.
