Learn how product owners and product managers should work together to achieve the best possible customer and business outcomes. The SAFe POPM course will teach you how to adopt a customer-centric approach to building products, using Scaled Agile Framework® to deliver more value, faster. Topics covered in this course include the daily role of POs and PMs; collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders; how to write epics, features, and stories; and how to design, prioritize, build, test, and deliver products with increased productivity and higher quality.

After completing the course and passing an exam, you will be awarded the certificate entitled “Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager”.

    You will be able to articulate the Product Owner and Product Manager roles connect them to SAFe Lean-Agile principles and values, decompose Epics into Features and decompose Features into Stories, manage Program and Team backlogs, collaborate with Agile teams in estimating and forecasting work, represent customer needs in Program Increment Planning and execute the Program Increment and deliver continuous value.

    After passing the test, you will be a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and receive 1 year’s access to the SAFe Community Platform (included in the price).
