During this training course, you will acquire the knowledge and skills required for aligning architecture with business value. You’ll understand how system, solution, and enterprise architects collaboratively deliver architectural solutions. And you’ll get the guidance and tools you need to understand and improve Value Streams.

In SAFe®, architects play a key role in the trio of leaders that includes product managers and the Release Train Engineer. It’s these people who work together to execute programs and guide Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to enable continuous value flow.

After completing the course and passing an exam, you will be awarded the certificate entitled “Certified SAFe® 5 Architect”.

    You will be able to architect using SAFe principles, develop and communicate architecture vision and intent, plan architectural runway to enable delivery success, architect for Continuous Delivery and Release on Demand, lead and coach architects and team members during Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution.

    After passing the test, you will be a Certified SAFe® 5 Architect and receive 1 year’s access to the SAFe Community Platform (included in the price).

    We hold the seminar in English or German with English original material.

    The training duration and times are: 3 training days or 6 training half days.

  • Requirements

    We recomment that you have significant Architecture, DevOps and Software Engineering experience, plus knowledge of Scrum and the SAFe framework (from trainings like SAFe For Teams or Leading SAFe), since this training goes into advanced SAFe topics and assumes you understand the basics.
