This seminar addresses people who want to get to know themselves better in order to be able to lead and assess other people better. You will work out your personality profile and find out how your personality traits and feelings control your actions and how these actions are perceived by those around you. You experience how you can shape and influence challenging situations in a more conflict-free and solution-oriented way. Participants in projects and clients as well as stakeholder situations are perceived and understood in a new way, your personal perspective is broadened and more room for manoeuvre is discovered.
