Do you want to make your development process more agile while retaining the same or better service quality? With Kanban, you can gradually change your entire existing processes without a revolution and while taking into account all participants and current framework conditions. In addition, the delivery time or the implementation period of customer requests (the famous Time to Market) can be shortened and the “development flow” is more flexibly controlled by those responsible.
Unlike other Agile management techniques such as Scrum or eXtreme Programming (XP), Kanban offers a simple evolutionary methodology for a continual improvement process within software development. Through the visualization of the workflow and the limitation of parallel work tasks, bottlenecks and problems become visible to everyone. The resulting changes or improvements can be measured and their effectiveness can be verified. By promoting the pull principle, a cultural change towards a cooperative collaboration—even outside of your “own” areas of responsibility—is also promoted.
In this one-day seminar you will discover the potential of Kanban based on numerous examples. You will gain an overview of the basics and principles of Kanban, as well as recommendations on how to get started.
