Kaizen is a methodology from lean management originating in Japan. In this seminar, we will highlight the transfer to the field of software development. You will learn how you can use Kaizen's ideas for yourself, within your department or your company in order to identify potential for improvement in software development.
As part of the seminar, which will be organized in the style of a workshop, you will learn the different ideas associated with Kaizen and Kaikaku. Through practical exercises, you will find out how Kaizen can be used and what its advantages are. In the process and in the spirit of Hensai, you will also be able to take a critical look at yourself.
