“Jira Cloud is the same as Jira, just run by Atlassian” is what many Jira admins thought at first. But in fact, there are some important differences to the self-hosted version of Jira.
The Atlassian Jira Cloud Platform is highly available from Atlassian within minutes. Jira offers itself as a versatile support for issue tracking and project management. It combines high user-friendliness and versatile configuration options. Through the definition of own workflows and issue types, as well as the possibilities for interface customisation, a wide variety of usage scenarios can be mapped, from agile software projects to operational management to support ticket systems. It is also possible to map several of these scenarios on a single Jira instance. Jira Cloud already contains additional functions in the standard version, such as Next-Gen Projects and automations, but these also place additional demands on the technical administration.
In this one-day seminar, you will get to know the possibilities that Atlassian Jira Cloud offers you in a compact overview.
