Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals have acquired a broad conceptual and practical foundation in system customization. They will have awareness of and apply best practice methods. This course enables participants to become certified as Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals.
The highly customizable and flexible Avaloq Banking Suite can meet the needs of any banking client.
The aim of the course is to establish a fundamental understanding of the possibilities for customizing the Avaloq Core Platform when addressing client-specific requirements. This knowledge is essential for anyone working in Avaloq implementation projects.
The course has substantial applied content, comprising hands-on training and exercises, where participants learn how to implement customizations. Business use cases allow participants to understand how banking processes are represented in the Avaloq Core Platform. Participants are provided with material for self-study in addition to after-class access to the system for individual practice.
The course prepares participants for the certification exam “Avaloq Certified Customization Professional (Major in Core)”. This international certificate attests substantial knowledge of the Avaloq Core Platform and prepares participants to work on customization, configuration, and migration projects.
An Avaloq Certified Customization Professional (Major in Core) confers authorization to customize the Avaloq Core Platform.

Certification / Examination
Examinations are taken at an authorized Pearson VUE test center. Pearson VUE is a commercial testing company with test centers all over the world. Test takers sign up individually on www.vue.com where they can choose location and date of their examination. The examination fee of CHF 700 (or equivalent in local currency) must be paid by credit card or with a dedicated voucher when registering for the exam and is not part of the course fee.
The exam is a computer based, in English. -
