Our general terms and conditions regulate the cooperation between our customers and Trivadis.

HOTELS

TIMES

Start times for the training courses:
In Germany: 10 a.m.
On the following days: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In Switzerland: 9.10 a.m.
On the following days: 9.10 a.m. – 4.40 p.m.

In Austria: 9.30 a.m.
On the following days: 9.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m

ONLINE BOOKING

You can book your training course online in our web shop. You will receive your order confirmation together with all the details without delay.

PERSONAL DATE (IN-HOUSE TRAINING)

Our training consultants look forward to talking to you personally. We will be glad to advise you about the training projects for your company. You can find the contact details here.

TRAINING FEES / SALES TAX

The prices stated here for Switzerland (CHF), Germany (EUR), and Austria (EUR) are exclusive of sales tax. The fees for training courses in Germany and Austria include lunch. We send out the invoice 10 days before the start date once it has been decided that the course will definitely take place. The invoice is payable upon receipt.

Invoices for training courses in Switzerland are issued in Swiss francs. Training courses in Germany and Austria are invoiced in euros. A separate invoice is issued for each participant per training visit.

TRAINING ROOMS

The training rooms can accommodate up to 6 or 10 participants. They are equipped with air conditioning and a modern infrastructure. Hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and fruit, are available during the breaks. We invite you to lunch in Germany and Austria.

CERTIFICATE

After completing the training course, you will receive a certificate as proof of your successful attendance.

NO. OF PARTICIPANTS

To meet educational requirements, the number of participants is limited to max. 8-12 persons. Registrations are taken into consideration in the order in which they are received. We will organize an additional training course to accommodate additional registrations.

REGISTRATION

By post, fax, email ([email protected]) or online. Your online registration will be confirmed electronically. You will promptly receive written confirmation from us for each registration.

TRAINING DOCUMENTS

The training documents are included in the training fees. These are for personal use only. The intellectual property rights for the Trivadis training documents remain with Trivadis AG.

Times will be adapted to accommodate local conditions (public transport). You will be informed about the precise training times in the course confirmation.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing (we also accept emails). You can cancel your registration at no further cost up to 10 working days before the training course begins. Any training fees that you have already paid will be refunded if you do not choose another date. The full training fee will be withheld in the event of a late cancellation or non-appearance. Instead of a cancellation, you can register somebody else to attend the training course instead. We reserve the right to cancel a training event for organizational reasons. If this should be necessary, Trivadis will notify participants 14 days beforehand in writing (usually by email). The registration will remain valid.

In cases of force majeure (e.g. illness), the course can be canceled at no cost regardless of the 10 working day limitation provided a doctor’s certificate is submitted.

APPRENTICES / STUDENTS

Apprentices and students receive a 50% discount on our training courses subject to presentation of their apprentice or student card (initiative for promoting young IT talent). The discount applies to students as individuals, and not to students as company employees.
