Shadi is a seasoned Agile and Product Coach at Accenture Business Agility. He helps organizations and teams adopt Agile and Lean methods to build innovative products and services and guides them on their journeys to become agile and product organizations.

Shadi has over 18y of professional experience in software delivery and innovation programs across diverse domains including Banking, Insurance, Digital Marketing, Telecom, and Data Analytics. He also worked with various startups leading product management and discovery while effectively facilitating, coaching, and mentoring others to experiment, collaborate and bring innovative products to market.

Shadi trained and coached several teams and individuals including scrum masters, product owners, product managers, agile coaches and delivery managers and supported them to map their existing skills and situations and shift them towards Agile ways of thinking and working throughout various transformative and evolutionary learning moments.

Shadi holds various certifications in Product Management namely ICAgile PDM, PSPO, SAFe 5.1 APM & PMPO. In addition, he also holds many Scrum and Agile certifications including SAFe 5.1 Agilist, RTE, Advanced SM and Practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional CSP, CSM, PSM, Scrum Product Owner CSPO, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP.
