Mathias Zarick

After completing his studies in computer science in 2002, Mathias Zarick worked as an Oracle DBA. Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, System Administration on Unix and Linux as well as Java and PL/SQL programming have become his main fields of activity at that time. Since 2007 he has been working as a consultant for Trivadis Vienna in the area of Infrastructure Managed Services and has developed into an Oracle database specialist. Its main areas of activity are high availability and replication. He is also responsible for the development of the Trivadis Toolbox and the TVD-Standby™ tool. Mathias Zarick is Oracle Certified Master and instructor for the courses Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Oracle Architecture and Internals for Advanced DBAs.
