Martin Ruiz

Martin ist Agile Coach bei Accenture Business Agility. Er ist hauptsächlich im Bereich Lean-Agile-Coaching tätig, insbesondere als methodischer Experte für SAFe, Scrum, LeSS & Kanban.

Martin has successfully applied and proven his know-how in various companies in the finance, telecommunications, automotive, media & entertainment, pharmaceutical & chemical industries. He has experience with digitalisation projects and omnichannel platform projects within the industries. Martin is a certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant, accredited ICAgile Trainer and certified Scrum Master with extensive know-how in the application and implementation of multiple agile methodologies.

He holds the following certifications: SAFe 5 SPC, SAFe APM, SAFe RTE, PSM I, KMP I, Magagement 3.0, the Agility Health Radar Facilitator, Certified Agile Requirements Engineer (CARS), ICP-ATF & ICP-ACC. Training and coaching Product Manager, Product Owner, RTE and Scrum Master on the basis of 1:1 and 1:n is part of everyday life.
