The quality of our training courses and your learning success are extremely important to us. That’s why we offer our training customers a guarantee of quality and a satisfaction guarantee.

Guarantee of quality

Following completion by the participants, every single training course is assessed at the levels

  • suitability of the training room,
  • suitability of the workplace,
  • functionality of the technical equipment, and
  • satisfaction throughout the entire course / seminar,

and recorded in our “TRIVALUATION” feedback system for quality assurance purposes. This enables us to consistently ensure the high quality and satisfaction of our valued customers. We really appreciate the overall rating of 9.3 from 10 points awarded by our many enthusiastic customers.

Success guarantee

Trivadis guarantees the success of your training. Having completed the course / seminar, do you have any questions about the practical aspects? Would you like to repeat any of the exercises in the lab environment?

Our success guarantee allows you to repeat individual days, or even the entire training course, free of charge for up to 6 months after attending a training course. You bring with you the course materials from the previous training course.

 

Outstanding customer orientation!

In May 2017, Trivadis was honored for the outstanding customer orientation of its training centers. The assessment is based on the International Training Center Ratings®. These comprise 120 performance criteria, and a benchmark-based classification method from over 200 training centers.

Training centers with an above-average customer orientation achieve high-standard analysis results and are given a 3, 4 or 5 star rating. Trivadis Training is delighted to have been awarded 5 stars in the PerformNet Ranking for its training centers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

 

Trivadis Training now a member of EATO (European Association for Training Organisations)

EATO is an association of leading learning providers in Germany and adjacent European countries. It organizes a permanent exchange between mangers, and provides its members with platforms for mutual communication and cooperation.

EATO currently represents 14 commercial learning companies. With more than 1,000, mainly freelance instructors, they achieve an annual revenue of far more than 100 million euros. In total, more than 150,000 participants take part every year in the various training programs organized by the member companies.
